Every single person that works here has the biggest almost unrealistically big heart and soul and they care so much… The Ketamine was amazing. I guess I grew tolerant to it but the way that Liz and the other assistants comfort you ….
I mean they go out of their way, they have the most comfortable chairs they give you a new eye mask every time for every treatment they give you a weighted blanket or the blanket of your choice or no blanket at all whatever makes you feel the most safe and comfortable…or a regular blanket if you need it, they offer if you want the light on or off, they have the most amazing and most comfortable headphones. You listen to Ketamine and spravado affiliated music that makes the experience 10 times better and heightens the experience to a whole nother and better level !!
Whatever you need to make your Ketamine or spravado treatments the best they can be. Dr. Scargill and Mason, (her nurse practitioner) are brilliant. I’ve never felt or known what it’s like to not have depression and she and Mason got me on the perfect amount of Antidepressants, anti-anxiety medication, and sleeping medication. I’ve never ever slept more than four hours a night and I’ve been sleeping 12 hours a night.. Tish is amazing. She’s the one behind the desk the receptionist who sets up the appointments .. she is so funny and kind and very personable ..
and Jessica is the absolute best. Jessica is there if you have something funny you wanna say to make her laugh …she laughs so hard !!
she’s there if you’re going through a hard time and she listens and she responds in such a loving & graceful way letting you know that she cares about you so much and she really does. She has the biggest heart out of anyone I’ve ever met. We have a very special relationship and I adore Jessica.!! She’s the one that fights with Insurance company. She’ll do anything and I mean anything to make sure the patient she’s trying to help gets exactly what they need and she will not give up until she convinces the insurance company or whatever company she has to convince to get the patient what they need .. I feel so safe there. I’m feeling sick now because I’m being taken off medication’s very quickly but that’s only Because Dr. Scargill has my best interest at heart and I had no idea I was taking something dangerous that could interact. I had no idea. I would give this place 10 stars if I could but five stars is the most and it deserves six stars!!
My therapist, Jackie is the best therapist I’ve ever had and I’ve had my share of Therapists!.. I can tell her everything and anything..there is no barrier or walls up. I Felt like I could take down my walls and take down my guard and be vulnerable with her and I’ve never felt like that with a therapist and I felt like that five minutes into meeting her. I am always walking into the Appointment feeling my guard go down and my walls go down in just a feeling of the freedom of being vulnerable and Truthful with another beautiful and smart woman !! I am very honest with her. I tell her exactly what’s going on with me. I tell her the truth at all times and she accepts me and never looks at me with disappointment or judgment… She’s funny she’s kind she’s brilliant and she really has pure intentions and that’s just to help people on an individual basis to get them to where they want to be she’s already helped me so much and the way she’s helping me is a very individual plan that most people would not be comfortable doing, but she’s allowing me to set up a stand-up comedy performance and I haven’t done that in a couple years and I miss It.. it’s my biggest passion and she’s the best .. she tries to find The good and the light in my life and she encourages me to find joy, happiness, security, and a reason to keep Going !!!!Jackie is the best
